Under direction from the Archdiocese of Western Pennsylvania St. Andrew Orthodox Church is effectively closed down as at midnight tonight (17MAR20) until further notice due to the Corona Virus pandemic. All ancillary staff is effectively stood down as at today except the house keeper who will disinfect the church and its facilities. All ancillary staff will be paid up today. The archbishop, the church and I regret to have to take this action but feel that we have to be proactive in protecting the health of our parishioners and visitors to the church.
